This Collection explores many of Switzerland’s most scenic places, including the city of Lausanne, the vineyards and small mountain villages above Lake Geneva, and the highest peaks of the Zermatt Alps, including the Matterhorn.
Taken during three years of my travel throughout the country, the photographs assembled here display remarkable depth, clarity, and compositional style, capturing simultaneously the grandeur of Switzerland’s remarkable scenery and the unique textures of the light, shadow, stone, and season that comprise each panorama.
At the center of many of these works, one finds a rare quietude that grows ever more elusive in the ordinary rush of our daily lives.
